Upon purchase of offline products, the delivery process is serviced by an autoresponder system. You follow the instructions sent in an email/emails.
Upon purchase of physical products, the delivery process begins within 2 working days. Arrival depends on the delivery location and the shipping method chosen by you.
Upon purchase of services and experiences, the delivery process follows the dates listed for the service and experience. Update emails are sent prior to the event when you supply a valid email address. Where a valid email is not available, a phone call will be made.
Return and Refund Policy

Prior to the end of the 30-Day period, upon returning your product we will issue a refund through the payment method used. Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Prior to the end of this 90-Day period, upon receipt of written notice (letter or email) including an answer to this question “What can we do to improve the service or experience?” we will issue a refund or partial refund through the payment method used.

Refunds are issued through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
For product orders the refund is issued upon return of the product.

Shipping Rates and Times
Shipping rates vary depending on region and are calculated when your shipping information is entered during the checkout process. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from the time of the order is placed. Please note that transit times for the delivery method you select do not include order-processing time.
Inventory Level, Back Orders, and Pre-order Items
Inventory Levels: Our website offers sizes, styles, and designs based on inventory available in all our warehouses combined. Therefore, there is the possibility that an item you purchase may not be available to ship to you. You will be contacted in 1-2 business days if you need to make a substitution on an unavailable item.
Backorders: Most items available for purchase online will be in stock, however, due to fluctuations in Internet sales, and variations in our various warehouse inventories certain items may not be available. If your order contains an item that is on backorder, your order will not ship until the item is in stock. The amount of time for out of stock products to be replenished at our warehouses ranges from 1-2 weeks, but it may take longer depending on manufacturing schedules. Please contact us PRIOR to placing your order if you would like to know if the items you would like to buy are in stock. You will be charged for your ENTIRE order at the time of purchase.
Pre-order items: Product listed as a pre-order item online is not currently in stock. However, you will be charged for pre-order items at the time of checkout. If you place an order for multiple items that includes one or more pre-order items, the entire order will be held until it can be shipped complete.
Duties and Taxes
Canadian Orders – orders shipping to a Canadian address will ship from our Canadian warehouse and are subject to GST (as well as PST for the respective provinces).
U.S. and International Orders – orders shipping to a U.S and/or international address maybe subject to applicable state/country taxes.
