Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a disorder that develops in some people who have experienced a shocking, scary, or dangerous event. It is natural to feel afraid during and after a traumatic situation. Fear triggers many split-second changes in the body to help defend against danger or to avoid it.
20 percent of people who experience a traumatic event will develop PTSD.

What is grief? Grief is a natural response to loss. It's the emotional suffering you feel when something or someone you love is taken away. Often, the pain of loss can feel overwhelming.You may experience all kinds of difficult and unexpected emotions, from shock or anger todisbelief, guilt, and profound sadness.
60M people die annually globally.
10M died in 2020 from cancer which is the leading cause of death.
Each death can have a minimum of 5 people left to grieve the loss.
With COVID it is estimated 9 close family members per death would be left to grieve.
