Use Eco-Ethical Architexture To Lead Your Workplace Transition 0119

There is a real-world - wonderful connection between leadership & leading and mentorship & mentoring ...

They both support the concept and practices of serving as a "guide on the ride" - and the ride referring to the mentee with mentor, leader with stakeholder AND for the mentor-leader & leader-mentor.

The transition suggested - the experience felt is a way to generate energy, to co-create generative space with each other.

Eco --> ecological --> ecological literacy is about nature-based concepts that inform business and life decisions. When you turn your attention to nature as one of your educators you gain insight into the importance of flow, cycles, network, development, dynamic balance, nested systems, and equilibration. 

Ethical --> ethics --> ethical decision-making is about the ways and means we use to interact with one another. The key ethical values are accountability, caring, community, fairness, respect, trust, and hospitality.

Architexture is a play on the word architecture ... where architecture is to buildings as architexture is to persons.

They are in motion, in emotion - and you equilibrate structure and relationship though strategy.
