What is the connection between your lived experience and your legacy? from your legacy project!
Legacy is about...
the useful whats...
you gift others...
so they can learn something...
from your lived experience
Of the questions persons ask you - of the answers you share in response, the source of your answers is your lived experience.
Your lived experience is the knowledge, skills, and attitudes you have accumulated that you are willing to share with others.
Your self-determination of what to share is framed by your commitment to do no harm and to better the lives of others.
Your lived experience highlights the inspired standards you use to govern and lead your well-being, and the wise practices you use to humanize and mange your well-living.
And note - while you can share your inspired standards and wise practices - they are require critical reflection by the person learning from your lived experience. Taken and applied wholly without critical reflection is a pathway to unhappiness and interpersonal complications.
You are sharing from your legacy project - from your lived experience!
