Wellness 3319 is about enrolling people - weary of change and its effects – in seeing a new way to once again engage.
Are you hearing the deep sighs among your family and friends, at work, and within your communities when you chat about individual/group wellness and large scale/small-scale change?
While I appreciate the words "wellness and change" and the associated descriptors will vary in your conversations - I still think there is a thread worth following here ...
There is much to learn from each other about wellness - change - and the effects both have on living an extraordinary life, co-creating well-living workplace, and eco-creating wellthy communities.
To be-have-do wellness, it requires enrolling one another in ways that explore and discover the help approaches for the dynamic interplay between wellness and change.
Because when you do so you engage people - you engage their curiosity - you engage them in challenges of better - you engage them in change and the resultant transition - you engage them to be for the world.
And often, it's to engage them again.
In all of this ...
It's to enrol rather than to have a person buy-in
It's to engage rather that to prescribe involvement
Because when you enrol and engage your can evolve
And for me - to evolve is to love your history, to love your mystery, and lo and behold be present in your wellness and change for yourself and with others.
It's in your hands - with your thoughts - the actions and steps you take - and, with the conversations you have with whatever you call what is greater than you in being for the world.
Life is to give, Living is to get, and Love is love.
