Understanding these terms:
Flow ... about movement in time and space
- movement of a liquid - gas - electricity steadily and continuously

Fluidity ... the ability to move easily like honey versus water

And so ... where and when might you encounter flow and fluidity?
As a parent - grandparent - family or friend - find opportunities to share an example of "flow" in nature with the children you know Daily-Weekly --> Saturday morning-Sunday afternoon:
- View the river or creek with an associated cautionary note
- Feel the wind in front of and behind a building
- Watch the sap of a tree
- Experience the mist within, from a higher spot
- Blow bubbles - and chase them
- Look at where ice melts in the Spring or during a Chinook
- Encourage children to experience an activity they enjoy, enjoy so much - and ask what happened
- Look at your breath on a cold day
- Watch the clouds
- See the birds flying alone and together
- Watch trafic flow
- Watch the flow of people walking
- *You walking from your house to the stream and back (LOL)
