From the owl of it - a Who question:
Who am I to be doing it with whom?

Two perspectives: Who am I? Who am I influencing?
[And in return who is influencing me?}

For some reason "Weave one, Purl one" became a considered thought about legacy. Then, I thought about the well-being & well-living (wellth), & the pearls they become in our lives. And, "Weaving Your Legacy Story" became the third thought. Then I stopped - here you go ))smiles

Legacy Project Well-Being Well-Living

Considered thoughts after conversations today:

1) In what ways are you demonstrating self-kindness?

2) In what ways do you prefer to learn?

3) In what ways do you prefer to educate?

4) Consider - When you face someone and reach out to hold right hand to right hand, and left hand to left hand

4a) When you look at this handholding arrangement from the top, you see the infinity sign, suggesting there are infinite possibilities in working together

4c) And when you have someone's back, right side to right side & left side to left side, the person in front is leading, managing, following, supporting, _?_ which means the person behind is _?_

5) Consider - Awareness is made up of Intention and Attention.

5a) Where Intention is about manifesting from the formless, as you tap into your Love of Mystery - moving fromward, living some things of tomorrow today

5b) Where Attention is about materializing for the form of it, as you tap into the best of your Love of History - moving forward, living today with gratitude, presence, inspiration, enthusiasm, and certainty

Okay, it's November 2021 and January 2022 is around a few corners... this got me thinking, as I hope for you as well. What about your legacy approach in 2022. Do you have a legacy project in your heart? Do you require assistance in making it happen?

  • Thank you for these inspiring and informative interviews and information about legacy. I appreciated the questions:

    1) In what ways are you demonstrating self-kindness? I am a night owl. I do my best work at night. In the mornings I am gentle with myself. I book appointments at 11am on. I give myself ample time each morning to exercise, check in with my hubby, a few moments with the cat, and eat a bowl of my homemade granola. As a therapist, I need to approach my sessions filled with kindness; sort of BEing kindness with overflow.
    2) In what ways do you prefer to learn? During covid I discovered I enjoy online learning so that I can go at my own pace; can rewind the video, and linger over my notes.
    3) In what ways do you prefer to educate? With the deepest knowing I can muster (research, pondering, digesting), enthusiasm, and fun (humor, props, & engaging interaction).

    Thank you, for asking! 🐞❤️

    • Patricia – TU for your insights – wonderful to learn how a person approaches self-care – learning – educating. The best to you ))smiles
